The Online Auction is the Ideal Form of Sale for Doing Good Business!

It consists of developing procedures for the sale of movable property and real estate to the bidder with the best bid. The offer must be equal to or greater than the Estimate Value of the asset at auction. The auction takes place on leilosoc.com. It is within the reach of everyone who wishes to participate and who has been aware of it.

During the last 5 minutes of each auction, new bids resume decreasing counting in 5 minutes. The auction ends when no more bids are submitted within the remaining time.

LEILOSOC® auctions are open to the general public and not just to professionals, creating a direct relationship in the valuation of the assets put on sale.
