Your Rights regarding Personal Data
As legislated in the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), LEILOSOC® Worldwide grants people, in their capacity as consumers, debtors, citizens and so on, a range of specific data subject rights that they can exercise under certain conditions.
Right to access your information

You have the right to know which data concerning you is being processed by LEILOSOC® Worldwide.
Right to rectify your information
(GDPR ARTICLE 16)
When your personal data is inaccurate, you can ask LEILOSOC® Worldwide to correct any of your data.
Right to Erase Your Information
(GDPR ARTICLE 17)
When your debt and/or pendant matters are settled, you have the right to ask LEILOSOC® Worldwide to delete your data: the right to be forgotten.
Right to Restriction of Processing
(GDPR ARTICLE 18)
You have the right to ask LEILOSOC® Worldwide to limit the processing of your data, but with several limitations.

LEILOSOC® Worldwide only stores the data necessary to perform the services associated with the www.leilosoc.com Platform and, no sensitive data is stored. Your data is stored in protected LEILOSOC® Worldwide datacenters, using an extensive security management system.
