LEILOSOC® will hold a Live Auction on the insolvency of NURI on October 13th at 2:30 pm, at the Cidnay Hotel, in Santo Tirso.

The liability of the Insolvent Estate consists of the Industrial Warehouse and its filling, with the minimum price fixed at 4.036.715,00 €.

Located 8 minutes from the centre of Santo Tirso, the warehouse is inserted in an expanding Business Park (+36 acres) and where various relevant industries and multinationals are based.

The company operated as a manufacturer of sports socks, and worked with several international brands.

The filling that makes up the textile activity consists of +200 circular looms, textile and industrial machinery and equipment, stock with 50,000 kg of wire and light goods vehicles.

The Registration and Pre Bids

Investors can make pre-bidding on the auction page between 09th and 12th October, at 2:30 pm. Pre bids allows interested parties to make offers of manifestation of interest prior to the start of the Presencial Auction.
